SUMMIT One Vanderbilt

Come and visit New York City's newest observation deck: SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, the Big Apple's stunning and futuristic new skyscraper. Located across the street from Grand Central Station, this three-story platform offers a unique experience, a surreal and artistic mix of mirrors, floating silver balloons and unparalleled views of Manhattan and its finest buildings, including the Empire State Building. Come and take some never-before-seen photos of the city and enjoy a magical experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Beware of dizziness as the ceilings and floors are covered in mirrors.
  • Closed on certain Tuesdays in April and May and throughout September.
  • Tickets include admission to the SUMMIT Experience (morning, afternoon or evening).
  • Children aged 0-5 are admitted free-of-charge.
  • Ascent and Sunset Time tickets are not available.
  • Length of visit: 2 hours


DRESS CODE:

  • Bring sunglasses. The reflective materials used in the SUMMIT create a bright environment, especially in bright sunshine.
  • Dress accordingly. The SUMMIT has many reflective surfaces. We recommend trousers, shorts or tights if possible.
  • Wear comfortable, non-marking shoes. High heels, work boots, spikes and other footwear that may damage the floor are not permitted.

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
