DAY 1 : ARRIVAL IN MOMBASA

On arrival at Mombasa airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2 : MOMBASA - TSAVAO EAST NATIONAL PARK (240 KMS/4H)

After your breakfast, you will depart early in the morning for a private jeep safari in Tsavo East National Park accompanied by an English-speaking guide-driver. You will arrive at your lodge for lunch, followed by some relaxation time. In the evening, you will go on a safari until sunset.

DAY 3 : TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK - AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK (280 KMS/4H)

In the early morning, you will set off for a morning safari in the park where you can experience the savannah under the morning light. This will be followed by breakfast at the lodge. You will then head towards the second park of the day for lunch, and if weather permits, you may catch a glimpse of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, after your lunch, you will have some relaxation time before setting off in the afternoon for another safari in the park. You will return to the camp before sunset.

DAY 4 : AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK - TAITA HILLS (280 KMS/4H30MINS)

Early in the morning, you will embark on a safari to explore the wildlife of the park before having breakfast at the lodge. Next, you will head to Taita Hills National Park, a beautiful park surrounded by a lush mountain range of the same name. You will arrive in time for lunch. After some relaxation time, you will set off for the second safari of the day, where you will enjoy an enchanting and unique setting to observe various animal species. Return to the camp before sunset.

DAY 5 : TSAVO EAST - WATAMU BEACH (240 KMS/4H)

Once awake, you will set out for your final safari of the trip, so make sure to capture some wonderful last pictures. Breakfast at the camp, then you will head towards Watamu Beach for your beach extension. Upon arrival, you will spend the remainder of the day at your hotel.

DAY 6 AT 11 : BEACH EXTENSION AT WATAMU BEACH

Enjoy your beach extension at Watamu Beach at the 5-star Hemingways hotel to discover the stunning beaches in this part of the country. You can make use of the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym. Optional activities or guided tours at an additional cost will be available for you such as a boat trip to see dolphins.

During your seaside extension, you will have breakfast.

DAY 12 : WATAMU BEACH - MOMBASA - RETURN FLIGHT

After your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Mombasa Airport according to the schedule of your return.

Ocean View Room

GOOD TO KNOW

Arrival day and welcome: Upon exiting the plane, you will pass through the immigration offices where they will check your visa. Then, you will collect your luggage, and upon exiting, a local representative from SawaSawa Africa agency will be waiting for you in uniform with a sign bearing your name.

Hotel-only package: For those booking the "hotel-only" package (without international flights), please provide us your flight details as soon as possible via the contact form located under "Help and Contact" at the bottom of the page, in order for us to organize your transfers. The selected flights should arrive before noon on day 1 and depart after 6 PM on day 7 to ensure you can enjoy the full range of services offered during the tour.

Note: As stated, all accommodations are rated 4* according to local standards. The services provided may not be equivalent to 4* standards as per French norms.

The order of visits may be modified for logistical reasons.

Visa: All travelers heading to Kenya must possess an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) before entering the Republic of Kenya, including minors.

No traveler will be allowed entry into Kenya without a visa or ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization).

The ETA processing time is 3 days or 72 hours, but it may be shorter for previously exempted nationals.

Visas issued prior through the E-visa platform will still be honored.

East African nationals will be exempt from ETA requirements.

Children under 16 years old who were previously exempt from the visa requirement will now need to apply for an ETA.

If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.
Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
For safety reasons, the wellbeing facilities of most establishments are not accessible to children under 16 years old. Similarly, it is possible that some amenities or services require an additional charge or are unavailable for exceptional reasons.

Transportation

In order to best organise your time in the airport, we advise that you arrive 2 hours before boarding for a medium-haul flight, or 3 hours before boarding for a long-haul flight (more than 5 hours). Take advantage of your early arrival to pass through security and check your luggage.
You will be informed whether or not luggage is included at the time of your booking.
You will have the opportunity to add additional luggage for a fee.
There are several different cities that are typically offered as departure points. Your arrival destination will show in your travel documents.
Depending on the flight schedule, some arrivals or returns may be made at night with early arrival or late departure. You will not always be able to have your room available immediately and will need to refer to the check-in and check-out conditions of the hotel.
In the event that your transfer is not included in your hotel reservation, it may be offered at the time of your reservation as an additional option. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers may be made in groups of 15 to 55 people.
